One address, and what to put in the message

Everything reaches us at hello@medisou.com. There is no form on this site, no account to create and no chat widget, so a plain email is the whole procedure. Put the page URL in the message and say what is wrong in one sentence — a price that does not match the receipt you were handed, a clinic name spelled the wrong way, an address that moved last year, a review that should not be published. A URL and a sentence is enough. We would far rather have a short message than a carefully worded one that never gets sent.

Corrections to the data

Factual errors are the most useful thing you can send us. Prices, clinic names, addresses, area assignments and procedure names all come from records we normalised ourselves, and normalisation is exactly where mistakes get introduced — one mislabelled procedure once put wrong figures on 423 pages. Corrections take effect at the next rebuild rather than immediately, because every statistic on the site is recomputed together; the update date printed on the page moves when the fix lands, so you can see for yourself that it went in.

Removing a review or a photo

If a review here is yours, or you recognise yourself in a before/after image, say so and it comes down. As long as you can point to the item we ask for no proof and we do not ask why. The page stops being served and returns 404, it leaves the sitemap at the next rebuild, and we file a removal request for the cached copy with search engines. Expect this within seven days. The privacy page describes the same process in more detail, including what we do and do not hold about anyone.

What we cannot help with

We cannot book anything, arrange a consultation, introduce you to a clinic, obtain a quote, or pass your details to anyone — we are not an intermediary and we receive no payment tied to whether you visit a clinic. We also cannot tell you whether a procedure is safe for you, whether it will work, or which clinic is best; nobody here is a doctor, and an answer from us would carry weight it has not earned. Those questions belong to the physician who examines you. Placement on this site cannot be bought, so requests to be ranked higher have nothing to act on.

Languages, and what happens after you write

Write in any of the five languages this site is published in — English, Japanese, Thai, Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese — and you will get a reply in the language you used. We are a small team and we read everything, but we answer removal requests and factual corrections first, so a press question may wait a few days behind them. If a clinic writes to us about its own page, we treat it exactly as we treat any other correction: we check it against the underlying records, and we do not publish copy supplied by clinics.
