What we collect
There are no accounts, no forms and no newsletter on this site, so there is nothing for you to submit and nothing of yours for us to store. We set no cookies and run no advertising or analytics trackers. What remains is the ordinary access log kept by our hosting provider — IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL and timestamp — used only to keep the site running and to see roughly how much traffic each page gets, and discarded after 30 days.
The reviews and photos on this site
The reviews and before/after images here were published publicly by patients and clinics on Korean cosmetic-medicine platforms before we ever saw them; we did not collect them from you and we hold no private records about anyone. What we show is the review text, when it was written, the procedure and the clinic. We do not publish reviewer names, account handles or contact details, we do not join a review to any other record about the same person, and we make no attempt to identify anyone in a photograph.
Having something removed
If a review here is yours, or you recognise yourself in a before/after image, email hello@medisou.com with the page URL and say what should come down. As long as you can point to the item, we ask for no further proof and we do not ask why. The page stops being served and returns 404, it leaves the sitemap at the next rebuild, and we file a removal request for the cached copy with search engines. Expect this within seven days.
Contact, and changes to this page
Privacy questions and removal requests both go to hello@medisou.com, in any of the five languages this site is published in. If the practice described here changes — if we ever add analytics, say — this page changes first and states what changed. We sell no data, carry no advertising, and there is no third party with whom we share visitor information.
