The consultation was thorough I guess, but it made me feel extra insecure about my natural brows and I also felt the immense pressure to top up for a more premium package because my brows were just so “bad”. Furthermore, for the procedure, I came out with slightly uneven brows that I found alarming. My friend noticed it too and came down to help me persuade the staff that my brows were indeed asymmetrical. However, both of the staff kept insisting that they saw no issues. They did offer to let me meet with the boss after I asserted that my brows were uneven, but her solution was to just shave off a part of my brow. Two days later, I can still clearly see that my brows are uneven.
