• Concerns before treatment Previously done this treatment at another clinic some years ago, and found it effective for red veins around my nose. • How was it before getting treated? Had to wait 20 minutes longer than my appointment time. Waiting area is busy with little seating. • Results First doctor didnt do as consulted. I made a complaint and finally a second doctor did the procedure as agreed. • Comments Unprofessional reaction to complaints. Long waiting times. Uncomfortbale facilties. But in the end the procedure was done as agreed in the consultation.
