• Concerns before treatment I wanted a general skin health check up, and improve my facial skin quality. • How was it before getting treated? I visited thia clinic after being recommended it by the UNNI app chat assistant. The clinic was very fancy looking and clean, but also very busy with mainly foreign patients but also a handful of native Korean patients too. The staff were really friendly and I could hear them speaking multiple languages. The consultation was really thorough, I did a face scan earlier for an extra 30,000w and it went into detail about my skin quality, including the deeper layers in the skin that you can’t see with the naked eye. I would really recommend this. The procedures itself felt very professional. The rejuran booster didn’t hurt as much as I expected. There was one treatment I did (I don’t remember the name), but it used radio frequency energy and microneedling, and to me, that one hurt the most. There was also and event on where I consented to taking before and after photos, and was able to get a complimentary fine line botox in between my eyebrows. Another nice thing was the instant tax refund kiosk in the clinic to submit a claim straight away. One big downside was the waiting time. Maybe because of how busy it was, the waiting time in between each otherwise short procedure (5 to 10 mins) was so long, I even managed to have a nap in between some of them. I had five or six different treatments in total, and while they did some of the treatments one after the other, other times I had to wait a really long time in between. Overall, I was at the clinic for over 5 hours. • Results The results will take a few weeks to a few months to appear, but post procedure side effects were minimal. I had some redness and tiny needle marks but nothing crazy. My skin was actually quite comfortable at the end. I was a little bit disappointed with the aftercare, at the end, you’re asked to scan a qr code to receive information on how to look after your skin. However I couldn’t remember all the names of the procedures I did so it was a little hard to search for the specific instructions. Also, other clinics I’d been to gave me a small set of aftercare products to use, but this clinic offered nothing. After receiving my last facial, I waited another 20 or 30 minutes to take “after” photos. I was then asked to wait in the waiting room again, which I did for another 15 minutes before I finally asked the front desk what was next, and she gave me a mask to wear and then told me that I’m actually all done and can leave now. • Comments If it wasn’t for the immense waiting time, I would give five stars. The staff were very friendly, the clinic was clean, there were a lot of procedures offered, and the prices were really reasonable. But there was just so much waiting.
