I expected visible improvement over time, as Sculptra was presented as a treatment that gradually restores volume and skin support. I wanted a natural result, not overfilling. I expected clear communication about realistic outcomes and timelines before deciding to proceed. • How was it before getting treated? The clinic explained that Sculptra would stimulate collagen to improve midface support and soften nasolabial folds over time with gradual and natural-looking results. They indicated that results would appear progressively in the weeks following the procedure. • Results At this stage, I have not noticed any visible improvement yet. • Comments At this stage I have not noticed any visible improvement. When I contacted the clinic to ask about the expected timeline and results, the responses were very brief and mainly referred back to the consent form stating that results vary from person to person. The communication did not provide any meaningful explanation or follow-up support.
