• Concerns before treatment Undereye bags and wrinkles. Facial sag but lack of facial fat. • How was it before getting treated? I have done paid/discounted reviews for other Korean clinics but I've decided to try this clinic as a normal customer. This is a non-paid / no discount review. I had a very through 30 minute consultation with a female staff (not a doctor). She was recommended the right treatments for my face and didn't upsell. I had a young male doctor who did the Sofwave and Dr Choi (a female) did the injections. Both Doctors were great and friendly. I absolutely loved it. I waited 30mins but that was because I was late for my appointment so no issues on that. I told the consultant that I was more sensitive to pain and requested for 20min numbing cream before Sofwave, and another 10min numbing cream after Sofwave. The consultant was nice and give me my request. For the injectables, I did painless Rejuran Eye and skinvive 2cc (1cc on each cheek). I'd like to exceptional commend Dr Choi. It was my first time doing injectables on my face and she was very fast with the injections. Pain rating : 2/10 For Sofwave, there were areas that I didn't feel any heat / pain such as my undereye and forehead. I did ask the Doctor if something is wrong and he mentioned it is ok. I will wait for 3 months to see if there is any effects for the Sofwave. Pain rating : 6/10 The lady who was asked me to leave the room after applying numbing cream was quite rushed and rude. but otherwise, it was a pleasant experience. • Results No side effects for sofwave. Rejuran embossing went down by a lot on the 2nd day. Skinvive: they asked me to massage my cheeks immediately on the same day. (in other countries, we usually wait for 24hrs before massaging to let the injection hole close)
