• Concerns before treatment My main concerns were eyelids being asymmetry, a wide nose, and a noticeable nasal hump from side view. Before getting treatment, I was understandably nervous because it was my first cosmetic surgery. However, from the consultation onwards, I felt reassured. The surgeons took the time to understand my concerns, explained the recommended procedures clearly, and answered all of my questions patiently. I never felt pressured into unnecessary treatments, which gave me confidence that I had chosen the right clinic. • Results I’m very happy with the results. My ptosis has been corrected with improved symmetry, and my nose looks natural and suits my face. Although there’s still some swelling at three months, I’m looking forward to seeing the final result over the next year. • Comments The wound care experience could be improved. I felt the nurses could have been a little gentler and more welcoming during dressing changes.
