• Concerns before treatment I wanted my eyes to look less tired, and make my double eyelid crease wider. • How was it before getting treated? Overally, my experience at the clinic was quite good- the staff were extremely kind and helpful and took care of me well at the clinic, which I was very thankful for. After the procedure, there was almost no pain and discomfort aside from the day of the surgery, and the clinic provided 2 follow up treatments with no additional cost required. However, the only complaint I had would be that I felt like the way I was physically handled by Dr. Kim during the consultation and surgery was quite rough, which did make the whole process more stressful. Although I do emphathize that the doctor's job is not easy and his schedule is very packed, I think that the experience definitely could be better if he could have been a bit more considerate and gentle towards his patients. Nevertheless, I am still grateful for Dr. Kim's patience and hard work during the long surgery, and I am satisfied with the results and fast recovery. :) • Results Overall great results and experience for a reasonable price.
