Communication before and after through WhatsApp was good but the in-person reception staff particularly from the English translator was not great which is why I will never return. There was an impatience from the staff rushing me to get in and out even though it wasn’t packed on a Monday morning. And I witnessed the translator coaxing another patient post treatment to leave a review with some photos. I noticed she didnt ask me to leave a review because she knew my experience was not the best. The doctor and nurse were friendly and got me through the pain of the Belotero injections. Even after 30 min of the numbing cream, pain was 7/10. Potenza was more manageable with a 1.5/10 I spent about 1.3 million won ($1000 USD) for potenza with juvelook tip plus Belotero. Very minimal downtime and I was able to get on my 13 hour flight the same day with no issues. Just redness. Will need to get these procedures (at another clinic of course) a second time to really see results There are hundreds of clinics in Seoul, so I will move on to find another which deserves my money. • Results The cold cream mask after the procedure did wonders for the throbbing pain • Comments For how competitive the beauty industry is in Seoul, I’d skip this clinic.
