• Concerns before treatment
Looking to maintain youthful appeareances and hoping to address several of my concerns through various treatments
• How was it before getting treated?
🚫 AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I had an extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable experience at this beauty clinic, leaving me feeling compromised on many levels.
* Booking issues: Appointment made via WhatsApp was not recorded.
* Long wait & hard selling: Waited over 30 minutes just for a consultation, only to be pressured into more shots, more treatments, and higher-priced packages. It felt like an aggressive sales pitch, not medical care.
* Pricing discrepancies: I showed them the exact treatments I wanted, yet the final bill didn’t match the prices they told me during consultation. When I asked for a breakdown, they insisted I had to pay first and would only receive it afterwards. Had I not asked again at the end of the treatments, I wouldn’t have received the tax refund or itemised bill — which still differed from what I was initially told.
* Hidden charges: Only after leaving did I notice a ₩31,900 “revisit fee” added — never mentioned, never written anywhere, and even excluded from their own breakdown. When I raised it, they flatly refused a refund, falsely claiming they had informed me.
* Not a one-off: On my first visit, they also refused to provide a proper breakdown before payment. I initially thought it was bad luck, but it’s clearly a recurring practice.
* Serious safety concerns: During injections, the staff failed to find my vein three times, leaving my right arm bruised and numb. I seriously doubt the person was medically qualified.
* Eye Oligio treatment: From prior experience, I knew eye shields were required, yet the doctor refused to use them and claimed it wasn’t necessary. She said she would hold my skin aside instead — but midway, she didn’t. I was terrified to move, fearing permanent eye damage.
* Pain management ignored: No numbing cream was applied for Shurink, unlike at other clinics. During ONDA, the machine felt unbearably hot. I repeatedly gestured for the doctor to stop, but she continued, leaving me struggling with pain.
* Rushed & careless treatments: For Potenza, they never showed me the new tip I paid for, and the treatment itself was rushed and superficial. Serums were dripping all over me during two procedures.
* Time mismanagement: A supposed 2–3 hour session (according to the staff) dragged into nearly 6 hours — I arrived around 3:40pm and only left around 9pm.
* Hygiene issues: For underarm hair removal, no cleansing was done before treatment. On a another treatment, staff applying masks showed no hygiene protocols and even forgot treatment steps until I reminded them.
This clinic reflects serious ethical and systemic failures — from dishonest pricing to unsafe practices, poor hygiene, and questionable staff competency.
