• Concerns before treatment I’m not fat but hold a lot of weight around my neck. I want a more defined jawline. • How was it before getting treated? The consultation was thorough and well explained by the staff (Joane was fluent in English which was great). The doctor came in to perform the sonogram to measure how much inner and outer fat I had. There was no pressure to get any orher procedures. But the price listed on UNNI is 5,450,000KRW for ‘Pelican Neck Reduction Stage 1’ and only in my consultation, the staff explained the actual price is 6,050,000KRW. The discounted price is only for indivduals who post a review. I find this misleading as nowhere on UNNI does it explain this. Even when messaging Sinsang on WhatsApp, they confirmed the UNNI price is correct without mentioning it requies a review. Coming to a foreign country for surgery, this made me anxious and skeptical. I requested CCTV footage and staff explained it’s free to watch on head doctor’s computer at x5 speed or 500,000KRW to purchase the CD whereby they must blur out staff faces except for the Doctor. They then changed information and said it costs 300,000KRW to watch the bideo on x5 speed. The staff were kind but it seemed like they were being messaged on their phone what information/ pricing to tell me, which is why it kept changing. In the future, they should explicitly outline what the prices are for procedures/ services. • Results My surgery was scheduled for 2pm but happened around 3:30pm due to Doctor’s busy schedule which is understandable. The operation went smoothly and I love my results. The staff were all lovely and kind. They explained the post-operative recovery well. They gave me complimentary vitamin IV and collagen vitamins due to the troubles caused of changing prices/ information. • Comments Staff and doctors were lovely. The operation went well and I love my results. Prices were higher than expected though.
