• Concerns before treatment I was looking for treatment to repair my scarred earlobe due to a bad ear piercing placement. I wanted to remove the scarring and be able to re-pierce my ears because I haven’t worn earrings for many years now. My biggest concerns are if my earlobes would be symmetrical due to operation only on one earlobe and also if I am able to repierce my earlobe post-op because I want to wear earrings again. • How was it before getting treated? The pricing was reasonable and the staff and doctors were very professional. I was comfortable with my procedure and never felt pressured. My translator was helpful and communicative, she answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure to ask the doctor what she wasn’t sure about. She took care of me very well. As a foreigner, I had a little trouble finding the clinic the first time around. But the clinic itself is very clean, comfortable, with lots of waiting room and staff. My procedures were very quick and efficient with little wait time. • Results The price was reasonable without compromising on quality of service. My procedures were quick and easy with satisfying results. My only gripe is that I wish I did not have to wait 1-2 years to pierce my ear again, but overall, I was satisfied with my experience at this clinic.
