• Concerns before treatment I was insecure about the dorsal hump (매부리코) on my nose, and my nose was also crooked and got really big and drooped down whenever I laughed or smiled. I was wary about receiving plastic surgery for it because I noticed so many rhinoplasties looked unnatural and had a similar look and shape that I really did not want. • How was it before getting treated? There was a slight waiting period to receive consultation, but I didn’t mind because I was able to get it directly from the doctor himself. He was very kind and patient as he listened to my concerns and addressed them very thoroughly. I did feel like the other staff were slightly cold and unkind, but it wasn’t so much that it deterred me from booking because the doctor’s kindness and professionalism really made up for it. • Results I am really happy with the results!! I was so worried about my nose looking too pointy or thin and unnatural so I emphasized that multiple times and showed pictures of the nose that I wanted, and the doctor understood perfectly and gave me exactly that! He didn’t overdo anything, he didn’t rush through the procedure which took approximately three hours. When I consulted with other hospitals, they would tell me it would take an hour and thirty, or that they can’t fix my crooked nose, but he was very thorough and fixed every concern I had without skipping any steps. It’s only the ninth day so I still have some swelling, but already my friends and family that I have shown pictures to are raving about how natural and pretty it turned out. The aftercare was really good too as they gave many tools to help with the swelling and discomfort. Best decision ever! • Comments I think it would have been better if the staff could have smiled more and kindly explained what they were about to do before they proceeded with something, because sometimes it felt like they were a little annoyed or impatient and just wanted to get through with it as fast as possible. But I understand that it could just be because they are so busy. The results however made it all worth it!
