• Concerns before treatment I had always been unhappy with my side profile due to the hump on my nose. I had always been interested in getting the hump removed to have a more flattering profile as I was already happy with my front view. • How was it before getting treated? I had a very positive experience with the consultation process at Eight. They were very thorough and I was pleased with how quickly they were able to do imaging and blood work. During the actual consultation you can tell the doctor was knowledgeable and friendly and I didn’t feel pressured to do more than necessary. • Results The recovery process went by very smoothly! The instructions were straightforward and I was able to go outside after a couple days. The swelling and bruising wasn’t as bad as I had expected which made me happy. I immediately noted the difference in my side profile and I am very happy with my new side profile. Due to my preexisting nasal asymmetry, my front view does look more assymetrical after the surgery but the doctor has advised that the swelling should go down with time so that it looks back to normal. I look forward to seeing the final result after more months have passed.
