• Concerns before treatment I had a very flat and undefined nose so I wanted more bridge height and a more defined tip. • How was it before getting treated? From online consultation to the actual surgery, everything was very streamlined. Things were explained to me clearly and I was given a rundown of how they were going to build up my new nose. My English coordinator is Yunji and she communicated with me through whatsapp and calls. She let me know the process, what to expect during each day post-op and how to manage during recovery. The surgeon, Dr Jeong Ju Seong, can also communicate with fluent English. Makes it very reassuring that nothing will be lost in translation. • Results It will be a while before the full results can be seen due to all the swelling right now, but from the brief few minutes after waking from sedation, I think I will quite like the results 🥰 • Comments The staff were great and incredibly helpful. They have dedicated English speaking coordinators which really helped to break that language barrier. For the few instances where I found myself without a translator in sight (e.g. immediately post-op waking up from sedation), the staff used translation apps which helped a lot.
