• Concerns before treatment I have very little facial fat (it’s genetics). The eyebags were making me look very old… I couldn’t cover it with makeup. • How was it before getting treated? Arrived to my consultation early but after filling out the forms and going over the risks and expectations of the surgery, I waited over an hour in a room alone to see the doctor. One of the forms that I needed to sign was to leave a specific kind of review. When he finally came in, I had a lot of questions but he was very casual. I could never get a detailed answer. But my primary goal was to get rid of my eyebags, so I went ahead with the procedure. I wish they had taken more time to figure out something more custom, but I had assumed they prepared a treatment in advance with photos I sent in prior to coming to the clinic itself. But they didn’t. • Results There are a lot of local patrons. If you are looking for premium VIP service, this isn’t the place. But they will get the job done. • Comments I like the outcome, but it isn’t exactly what I wanted. My main issue is the lack of communication before, during, and after my surgery. It was difficult to book it, and it was hard to get my questions answered at the clinic. After the procedure was completed, I never heard from them again. My eye bags have vanished. It changed the shape of my eye, but I don’t mind too much.
