Though it's your typical high-end big clinic, we weren't rushed, and the staff took really good care of us. • Results my mom took her prescribed medication after the procedure and had very little to no pain afterwards. the swelling took a couple weeks to subside, but that was no surprise. And the scars still haven't completely faded, which were also warned about. • Comments We started with an online consultation through Whatsapp where we sent out pics and conerns. Our correspondant in English Kelly was very responsive and helpful. The clinic is exacgly what you'd expect from a high end one like I saw on Intagram. There was almost no wait, right after we registered we got to see the doctor, he himself was fluent in English and even French. He explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. The consultation didn't feel rushed at all and we were grateful for that. She mainly went in for a deep crease in her forhead but she also got recommended a procedure for her droppy eyelids. The service all in all was great, even though my mom barely speak any english, they were still patient with her and on the day of surgery she was even assisted to get a cab since I couldn't pick her up. Now 7 weeks after the procedures, the swellings have subduded immensely, there's still a scarring in her eyelids but they're barely visible with open eyes. For her forehead she got fat graft and the crease didn't improve much but that was a risk we were told about from the beginning because it's too deep. I can only recommend the clinic for their friendly service and professional work.
