• Concerns before treatment Heavy lower eyebags run in my family and mine were becoming more and more noticeable, especially when I smiled. I’ve been considering lower blepharoplasty for several years and finally decided to get it done on a visit to Seoul. • How was it before getting treated? I was nervous about this procedure but Dr. Sun-Eung Kim was so calm, kind, and thoroughly explained the process and what I should expect during recovery. He answered all of my questions in a reassuring manner and really took care to examine my eyes, as well as check up on me after the procedure was finished. My English translator was warm, personable, and took great care of me. The clinic was very busy on the day I had my procedure done. I had a staff member who guided me from room to room and also spoke excellent English, so I felt i was in good hands. At the time of this review, I am currently one day post-surgery. There is some swelling and bruising around my eyes, but that was expected. Aside from occasional stinging in my eyes, I have been pain-free and even did a full day of exploring Busan today with large sunglasses and a big hat. I received several prescrption medications including antibiotic eye drops and ointment, which I was conveniently able to pick up on the basement floor of the building where PSPS is located. Overall very satisfied with my experience and looking forward to the final results. • Results Still only on day one post-op, so will update later with final results. • Comments The staff stated that I needed to leave reviews on three different platforms in exchange for their pricing, which was a bit surprising, but I don’t mind leaving a review.
