• Concerns before treatment My philtrum was long and my facial balance was off and i got the elasticum threads because my Face was sagging and I had pronounced smile lines • How was it before getting treated? The translator was extremely sweet and went above and beyond to help me. Her boss was very rude and mean to her in front of me and her boss was also cold and unfriendly to me. The doctor was arrogant and acted as if my questions were silly and that I was wasting his time. • Results I went here in November 2022 for a Philtrum Reduction Surgery and Permanent Elastikum threads. The Philtrum Surgery went fine, but the thread lift left deep dimples on my cheeks under my cheekbones. I returned to see the doctor not long after, and he told me to wait until more swelling went down — that it would get better — and said the issue was due to previous acne scars and not related to the procedure. I strongly disagreed, but he was extremely arrogant and laughed in my face and left the room before I could respond. I waited for months, but the dimples did not go away. When I went back to Paris, two board-certified plastic surgeons examined me and independently confirmed that this was the result of thread complications, not acne scars. I later contacted the clinic again, but they informed me they could not locate my file and claimed to have no record of my treatment, despite my having full proof of payment and communication since 2022. Since then, they more or less stopped responsing to me and said they’d try to get back to me in a month! Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. The procedure left me looking like a monster, the aftercare and record management have been deeply disappointing, and worst of all is their not taking responsibility and pretending that they can not find my file and ignoring me after spending thousands of euros I am left disfigured as a result of this procedure.
