• Concerns before treatment Hi everyone, After years of research, I finally decided to get a corner lip lift. Initially, I wanted both a Cupid’s bow lift and a corner lip lift. However, my doctor suggested that instead of a Cupid lift, I should consider a central lip lift or fillers, since my lips are quite thin. I didn’t want a central lip lift, so I opted for a small amount of filler in my Cupid’s bow area along with the corner lip lift to achieve the result I wanted. I haven’t received any discount or promotion for writing this—just sharing my experience to help others facing similar concerns. Clinic Experience: Overall, it was good. They provided free post-care treatments like laser and oxygen therapy. An English interpreter was available and very supportive. The doctor was experienced and professional. Personal Experience: Day 1: Lips were swollen (as seen in the picture). I only ate porridge and drank water. Up to Day 3, it was a bit uncomfortable to speak and eat, but there was no pain. I wore a mask when going out. Day 7: Stitches were removed, and it already looked better. The scars are still slightly visible. They can be covered with makeup. It’s not very noticeable in photos, but up close, you can see them. I’ve been using scar gel since Day 8. The doctor said it may take around 3 months for the scars to fade. I’ll keep updating my progress here. Overall, I’m really happy with the result. I can’t thank the doctor enough—this was something I really wanted for a long time, as I disliked my previous lip shape. I’ll wait patiently for full healing and share updates.
