• Concerns before treatment I got lip filler as i was looking for a filler, more balanced and youthful look. I just wanted to add more volume to the centre of my lips. I was looking for a natural enhancement rather than changing how i look. • How was it before getting treated? The consultation was great. My consultant was friendly and clearly communicated what would be effective for me and what would be a waste of money. She didnt pressurize me into anything i didnt want and also came to check on me after the procedure to make sure i was okay and happy with my resulte. She was truly 10/10. I would not like to have the same doctor again. I did under eye filler before my lip filler procedure, and by the time it came to my lip filler procedure the numbing cream had clearly worn off. The procedure was incredibly painful to the point where I was shaking. I’ve had filler before and did not find it nearly as painful as this. The doctor did not ask once if I was okay or if I would like to have a break. To his credit the doctor communicated clearly about my expectations and what results I would see although he came across as borderline hostile he almost seemed to suggest that I was not a good candidate for lip filler due to the natural anatomy of my lips if this were the case, then I think it would be better if the doctor signed off on the treatments before the patient pays. I had minimal bruising although I did have quite a large bruise on the inside of my lip so it didn’t bother me and the swelling was not too bad. I am happy with the end results which I find very natural. Overall I think the doctors technique was pretty good however his bedside manner not so good this would put me off returning to this clinic. • Results I think its a nice clinic. I thought the consultation was excellent although i think a doctor should be consulted before you settle on a treatment. The staff were all wonderful. If i could guarantee i would not have the same doctor i qould go back to this clinic.
