• Concerns before treatment I asked for a small amount of filler for natural, barely noticeable volume in my lips. The doctor injected lip filler that was placed too low in the lip, creating a huge swollen bump hanging over my tooth that stuck out when I talk or smile. This was not a nodule of hard filler that didnt settle in, it was an actual lump of filler injected in the wrong spot, as another doctor confirmed for me later. The GU clinic doctor didn’t even connect the filler to the sides of my lip, so there was an obvious disconnection of overfilled lumpy filler. I went back to the clinic in tears the next day asking for a doctor to examine and massage my asymmetrical lips and the ladies working at the desk laughed at me. I waited for two hours as they continuously told me a doctor was coming before I finally realized a doctor was never going to come. This clinic runs promotions in exchange for positive reviews and I felt betrayed by the good reviews after such a horrible experience—don’t trust the reviews! I’ve gotten plenty of treatments over the years and I’ve never encountered anything like this before. I had to pay to get the lumps dissolved by a trustworthy doctor two weeks later and that doctor couldn’t believe someone would inject lips so low and incorrectly. This clinic has refused to refund me for bad work and i had to pay 4x the price of the package to fix their bad work: save your money and go somewhere else that does it right! • How was it before getting treated? The staff were very rude, i came back to the clinic to give them the chance to fix the mistake and they laughed at me and ignored me • Results Asymmetrical lips look terrible! I had to wear a mask for two weeks to hide the lips!
