• Concerns before treatment I came to a Wink Plastic surgery because of their expertise in natural looking results. I specifically got the lateral eye surgery and forehead lift and hairline reduction done by Dr Kim. So far I’m now 1 month post op and I’m very happy with the results and excited for the future. From consultation to post op check ups the communication has been amazing. The professionalism from Dr Kim during my online and in person consultations was reassuring and very oriented towards my features. All my questions were always answered through Emma who has been such a perfect liaison for all the admin work showed a lot of kindness and thorough understanding of all my desires. On the day of the surgery the nurses were very considerate and showed great care I’m also grateful for their expertise. Furthermore my experience with Emilia who was with me every step of the way felt very supportive and friendly. Overall I would recommend Wink to anyone who seeks professional, clean, precise care and natural results. My end goal was a more uplifted appearance around my upper face, the eyes are more symmetrical and don’t look tired/sad more space on my eyelids and visibly smaller forehead size and hairline. One main reason I recovered quick was the de-swelling treatments this really sped up the healing process, as a result I would return to Wink plastic surgery and believe Dr Kim will have your best interests and lifelong results at heart. Surgery day notes -Communication from initial enquiry to travelling and arrival very good & detailed including videos links. - surgery day everything went smooth as planned very professional clean and reassuring answered questions I had. Offered advice and suggestions but didn’t push anything and ultimately I was the decider. - Discharged later on after some rest in the day, The surgery took about 6 hours numbness and was able to travel back safely with prescription orders. - First day pain was 6-7/10 managed to sleep okay just uncomfortable still bandaged up and facing upright numbness’s and worse pain in the night - First full day post surg able to walk around in the neighbourhood pretty normally I guess people are used to seeing bandaged people often. I got my steps up and essentials plus more pumpkin drink and some groceries all okay. - Will hurt if you strain the forehead or eyes too much full body turns are best post surg. Light and steady and delicate wins the long term. By the eve eye drops ointment and painkillers are now part of the routine and ice mask really helps with sleeps 2nd Week -Antibiotics quickly finished and Pain meds were no longer necessary and I was still a lot more sleepy than usual. -Swelling was at its worst during these days I had more deswelling treatment and another check up. - Eye stitches ere removed after 7 days then forehead stitches by 2 weeks. Sensitive due to healing but once the stitches are out the full healing will continue. -Continuing with the ointments and eye drops for comfort and I also had the keloid specific cream that isn’t offered in other countries. -Able to continue prescription Meds like HRT by the end of 2 weeks. Week 3 —Tenderness and swelling on the forehead is reduced. -Blood shot eyes clear up and eye swelling almost looks normal -I began to feel comfortable to resume normal and longer activities without fatigue. —Tenderness and swelling on the forehead is reduced. Week 4 - By now everyone couldn’t tell I had surgery a few weeks ago,m due to no visible swelling but definitely a more uplifted face. - I was able to be enjoy the City surrounding nature light walking always and average 10k steps and 2 hikes were okay daily for me in the last 4 weeks: - Korean skincare products helped a lot with overall recovery - For type 4C hair can wash in 4th week without any pain still tenderness and sensitivity on top of the head though - Clinic still well presented and smells nice, and steady amount of customers but not overwhelmingly busy still different and unique to a lot of other clinics • How was it before getting treated? Really professional Doctor & Staff overall caring approach I would only return here due to my first experience. • Results Really Sterile and good amount of staff present sbd appointments timing. • Comments Results get better with time its hard to understand but definitely feel better.
