• Concerns before treatment I was looking for a treatment to help improve my overall skin texture. I am in my twenties and I still have scars left over from acne in my teens and the occasional acne breakout. I have thin Caucasian skin and a few red pigmentation marks. I chose this treatment to help improve the overalll skin texture and skin thickness and improve elasticity from collagen production. • How was it before getting treated? I was really impressed with the overall consultation process. Firstly the wait time was very short, and the staff were incredibly friendly. my consultation was very thorough and I had a translator to help me which was very reassuring. The consultation included an analysis of my skin my general concerns and a realistic expectation of results. Because I am a foreigner I only am here for one treatment instead of a package, but they said the treatment I chose should help show visible results with only one. They also warned me that it is a painful procedure and would I be okay with just the cream anesthetic. I said yes it's okay, because I did not want the general anesthetic and I knew that the procedure time would not be very long but I am very grateful for their concern. • Results I am still on the first day of my treatment but already I am very impressed with how quickly the embossing has gone down on my skin. My skin has some marks and some bruises but that is okay because Caucasian skin bruises easily and I know it will take a little longer to heal. I am very glad they warned me about how painful the procedure was even though I chose to only have the local cream anesthetic, they were right, it was painful! However, if your paint tolerance is generally okay it really is fine because it is such a short treatment time, only about 10 minutes. I am very grateful for the honesty and I think this shows that they are a very reliable and trustworthy clinic. The doctor and the assistants were so kind and professional, it made it very easy nice treatment. • Comments I think this is an excellent clinic, with really professional and friendly staff. having a translator was very important for my reassurance and I'm very glad to have had her assistance. The environment is clean and the service is very quick. The price is exactly as described and they are completely honest about expectations and results. I am very happy with my procedure.
