• Concerns before treatment I chose Forena after seeing it heavily promoted on TikTok, and I went in feeling very excited. Unfortunately, the experience quickly became disappointing once my treatments began. The clinic felt extremely chaotic. Multiple staff members seemed unsure about what procedures I was scheduled for, which was concerning because I didn’t want the wrong treatment performed on the wrong area. I was also moved between several rooms repeatedly, which made the process feel disorganized and confusing. When I met the doctor, the interaction was very brief and impersonal. There was little explanation or attention to the overall patient experience. One of the biggest issues was the laser hair removal. I was scheduled for full legs and upper body, but the entire session lasted only about 25–30 minutes. From my understanding and prior experience, properly treating those areas should take significantly longer. The treatment felt rushed and incomplete. During the visit I also had several moles removed. After spending about $1,200 total, I asked if one additional mole could be treated, but they insisted on charging separately for it, which felt unnecessarily nickel-and-diming given the overall cost of the visit. Another concern arose afterward when my neck developed irritation following an InMode treatment performed at the clinic. When I later visited another clinic to help heal the skin, they told me it appeared the treatment may have been performed incorrectly and noted that it was done by a technician rather than the doctor. Overall, the experience felt far more chaotic and rushed than what is portrayed on social media, where the clinic appears highly organized and professional. For comparison, I had a better experience at the clinic above them, Forena Dr. Evers. It is still a high-volume “factory-style” clinic, but the process felt more structured and professional • How was it before getting treated? Good luck if you dont believe me. • Results They gave me no aftercare, or link to find the details. Inwas just shoved to the elevator. • Comments Dont go. I want a refund.
