• Concerns before treatment I decided to get a incisional double eyelid surgery because I wanted to feel more confident in my appreance. I also wanted to make my eyes a little bigger, because I felt that it was better to apply makeup products. • How was it before getting treated? The consulation was very detailed and professional. The staff were all friendly and helpful with my questions and concerns. I expressed how I was worried that the crease would be too big for my liking after Dr. Shim Jung-Hwan made the marking, but he reassured me that it would look natural once my eyes heal, and fortunately he was right! • Results After the surgery, I was sent home with plenty of aftercare, and they also messaged me on how to take care of my eyes so I wouldn’t forget. The nurses who took out my stiches were so sweet and made the process smooth! Because I am from Canada, Uverse and I messaged back and forth about my decision of wanting to do the surgery months beforehand. Through our conversations, I received a ton of information.
