• Concerns before treatment My eyes were sagging so I couldnt see properly • How was it before getting treated? Professional, kind staff. The facilities are clean, modern and comfortable. The location is central and fantastic. The process from consultation to surgery was very quick - around two days- which is what I wanted. The risks were carefully explained and I had some time with the doctor to discuss the shape and design of my eyes. This was useful albeit could have been a bit more thorough talking through different designs. The surgery itself took a few hours and then you’re put in a room with a heated bed to rest off the anaesthesia. The aftercare was great - the staff check in on how you’re feeling and ensure you’re well before you go home. A bag with medicine and care instructions is given to you. Then there is two week follow-up with the doctor and nurses to get rid of your stitches and free laser treatment to help with the swelling. Great process and care overall. I’m happy with the outcome • Results Great service from the clinic. I got far less bruising and swelling immediately after the surgery than i expected. The bruising takes weeks to go down but that could be because I got two surgeries at the same time.
