• Concerns before the procedure I decided to get incisional double eyelid surgery because I wanted to have a more open and bright look to my eyes, which my monolids did not provide. • Consultation The staff was so kind and reassuring. It was my first time getting any surgical procedures done and everyone was so kind. The wait time was short and efficient. Dr. Kim Sangil was so good at explaining the procedure which made the experience so smooth. Although I am Korean, I grew up in Canada so I struggle with understanding and speaking Korean. The staff were so patient and explained everything throughly. I recommend this wonderful clinic!! • Results My eyes healed quickly and the swelling went down in a few weeks! I love how they turned out and all of my friends tell me my eyes look cute!
