• Concerns before treatment I was looking for making my eyes look bigger by adding double eyelid mostly due to aging skin that lost elasticity. • How was it before getting treated? Consultation was done remotely via KakaoTalk and the staff was very prompt to provide detailed explanation and answers, which made me more trusting the clinic and comfortable with the decision. I asked lots of questions prior to making the appointment and all questions were thoroughly answered timely and politely. • Results Staff thoroughly prepared me with how to care of my eyes post procedure prior to walking into the operating room. After the procedure, all the care package was prepared including printed step by step how to care of my eyes. The staff members checked in with me on a reguar basis and provided two visits including a light therapy that helped reducing the swollenness. The doctor Shim carefully examined my eyelids and made aure they were recovering with no issues. • Comments Staff are super nice kind and polite. The Dr.Shim was very easy going and relaxed when I was super nervous about the big procedure (to me personally). He was very patient with the design process and showed me all design options and his opinion on what nay work better for me and my eye shapes. I highly recommend Dr Shim and the clinic. If I do another procedures in the fiture, i would definitely go back to this clinic.
