I am currently 1 week post-op, so I still have some swelling, which is expected, but overall I am very happy with both procedures so far and trust the healing process. Dr. Dong-woo Jung spoke very good English and explained everything clearly before the surgery. He answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. The doctor and staff were very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The nurse who assisted with translation was also very helpful, always organizing my appointments and reminding me in advance. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience and looking forward to seeing the final results as the swelling goes down.
