• Concerns before treatment I traveled from the U.S. after hearing that this clinic was well-known and reputable. I invested a significant amount of money in multiple procedures, including lateral canthoplasty (outer corner eye surgery), breast revision surgery, chin muscle tightening, skin Botox, and additional skincare treatments. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. For my breast revision surgery, I clearly requested a size that was at least slightly larger than before. However, the result ended up being smaller than my previous size, which was not what I asked for or expected. More seriously, after the chin tightening procedure and skin Botox, I developed facial nerve issues on the left side of my face. I am currently experiencing partial paralysis, which makes it difficult to eat properly and affects my daily life and confidence. I also find it hard to face people due to these visible symptoms. When I initially contacted the clinic, I was told that although rare, nerve damage can happen if a nerve is affected during the procedure. Since then, I have only been told to “wait” repeatedly, without any clear solution or active treatment plan. While I understand that recovery can take time and in some cases up to 6 months, I would have never proceeded with these procedures if I had been fully informed of the risks and potential complications. Each time I visit the clinic, I am simply told to wait, with no meaningful care, follow-up treatment, or effort to address my condition. This lack of responsibility and aftercare has been very frustrating. Overall, this experience has caused me significant physical discomfort, emotional stress, and regret. • How was it before getting treated? Be aware, one of the nurses who removed my stitches was very rough with her hands. • Results The left side of my face is paralyzed. • Comments I spent a significant amount of money on these procedures and went through a lot of pain, yet my results have been extremely disappointing. My breast surgery outcome is smaller than before, even though I clearly requested a larger size. I also paid a high price for skincare treatments, but after surgery, my face was covered with tape, and my skin ended up breaking out severely. If this was expected, I should have been properly advised to schedule skincare treatments after the surgery—not at the same time. Most importantly, I am currently experiencing paralysis on the left side of my face. I am unable to eat properly, speak comfortably, or even interact with people without distress. This has seriously affected my daily life. When I visit the clinic, I am only told to “keep waiting,” without any proper treatment plan or care. They also refuse to provide any refund, which makes this situation even more frustrating and unacceptable.
