• Concerns before treatment I’ve been wanting a double eyelid surgery for a long time due to uneven eyeshape. Also a rhinoplasty because I didn’t like how low my nose bridge was and that I didn’t have more of a tip. • How was it before getting treated? 10/10 customer service Dr Kim, he made me feel so comfortable. Prior to my in person consultation, I was really nervous as I was traveling from the States to have these procedures. But during the consultation, not only did he speak perfect English, which really helped put me at ease, but he really listened to my concerns and wants, showed me the different outcomes and really tailored everything to my face symmetry without compromising any of my “needs” & wants. He also didn’t push any other surgeries which I’ve read some places will do. • Results Surgery day, because I knew I’d be in good hands I wasn’t as nervous as I thought I’d be. The day was smooth and straight forward and honestly, it happened in a blink of an eye- quite literally. I remember laying there prepped for surgery and then waking up in the recovery room. Pain was 2/10, maybe even a 1. After surgery, my recovery process was also very smooth. Minimal swelling, bruising and pain. After removing the stitches & bandages I was and still am so happy with my new nose. • Comments The staff was also really friendly and helpful as well, especially Yunji and Savina (English consultants). Overall, my experience was amazing, the results even better and I would definitely, absolutely, 10000% recommend this clinic and Dr. Kim! I absolutely love my new nose & eyes.
