• Concerns before treatment I looked into multiple clinics in the Gangnam area before ultimately choosing Woori Plastic Surgery, and what truly sealed the deal for me was my interaction with Rani, the international patient consultant and translator. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Traveling to a country where I didn’t know the people or speak the language was honestly intimidating at times, but Rani made the experience feel so much less overwhelming. We had been communicating for months leading up to my arrival, and by the time I got to Korea, I genuinely had no concerns because I fully trusted her. She was always responsive, reassuring, and patient with all of my questions, which made me feel very supported throughout the entire process. At one point, I was dealing with congestion after surgery, and she even typed out a message in Korean for me to show the pharmacist so I could easily get what I needed. She didn’t treat me like just another patient — I could genuinely tell she cared about the people she was helping. She came to check on me after my operation and continued following up with me through WhatsApp even after I had already left the country. I honestly feel very lucky and blessed to have had her as my coordinator. She was the deciding factor in my choice to move forward with this clinic. Dr. Jeong was honest, communicative, and took the time to truly understand what I was looking for rather than pushing unnecessary procedures or unrealistic expectations.
