He recommended that I start with a sub-brow lift to address heaviness, wait 6 months to see how things settle before getting incisional eye surgery along with ptosis correction to improve my asymmetry and remove the excess skin near the outer corner of my eyes. • Results My one month thoughts: my eyelids don't feel heavy anymore and there is more lid space, though it is subtle. As the doctor mentioned, the sub brow lift wont fix my asymmetry so I will have to consider additinal surgery in the future if I want to see further improvements.
