• Concerns before treatment Okay I debated posting this for so long but here it is. I got lipo on my abdomen, back, and arms back in May and honestly? Best decision I've ever made for myself. 🫶 I've been working out consistently for years. Like, genuinely — 5 days a week, eating clean, tracking everything. But no matter what I did, I had this stubborn lower belly pouch, back rolls that showed through every fitted top, and arms that just never looked proportionate to the rest of my body. My doctor called it "diet and exercise resistant fat" and that was validating to hear because I always felt like I just wasn't working hard enough. Before I booked the consult, I was terrified. Everyone online talks about botched jobs, lumpy results, or people looking "fake." I was also scared about how painful recovery would be — I had a full-time job and couldn't just take two weeks off. And the cost? Not cheap. I questioned whether it was frivolous money to spend on myself. Here's what I'll tell you about recovery: the first 3–4 days were rough. Swollen, bruised, and sore. Sleeping upright was not fun. But by day 7 I was back at my desk job, and by week 3 I was walking and doing light movement. The compression garment is annoying but honestly becomes second nature. I wore mine religiously for 6 weeks. At 3 weeks out, the swelling is still going down (I've been told 3–6 months for final results) but I can already see the shape. My waist looks defined for the first time in my life. My back is smooth. My arms fit into blazers now. I cried in the fitting room — no shame. To anyone considering it: do your research, pick a board-certified plastic surgeon (not a medspa), ask to see before/after photos of THEIR actual patients, and go in with realistic expectations. This isn't a weight loss tool — it's a contouring tool. I'm the same weight. I just look like myself, finally. DM me if you have questions. Not sponsored. Just sharing. 💛 • How was it before getting treated? I am writing a review as it was promised. Got work done with the agreed price. But the review is sincere and did not write any false advertisement. Do recommend tho…. • Results Their aftercare is great. It is included with the price and planned for 8 wks. Do plan with it.
