• Concerns before treatment Earlier this year, I had a medical emergency and was bedridden and had to take corticosteroid drugs for two months. During this time, I gained over 13kg. Since then, I’ve lost some of the weight, but not all of it. And even when I was at a lower weight, I still had trouble with my lower abdomen, upper arms, and thigh areas, and so I wanted to treat these areas. • How was it before getting treated? The staff and doctor were all very friendly. As a returning Korean who lived outside of Korea for most of my life, my Korean is a little limited but they were very understanding and seemed used to having foreign patients too (they even have a tax refund kiosk at the clinic). The doctor addressed my concerns and while they recommended some extra procedures, they didn’t pressure me, and even recommended against some procedures for my unique health reasons. • Results The doctor did tell me that it would probably take two to three sessions to see significant results. However, for the price, I was hoping that one session would still nake some difference. It has only been a few days since the treatment so I am waiting to see results, but the doctor said it should take around a month. As for the procesure itself, it was a little painful but bearable, that being said, I do have a higher pain tolerance than most. I had no scarring or swelling afterwards, and only a small bruise on the armpit area. • Comments The overall experience at the clinic was very good. Staff and doctors were all friendly and understanding. The physical clinic itself was clean and modern. The consultation was thorough and I could fully express my concerns and I felt listened to. The procedure itself was a little painful but bearable. The doctor told me I will probably need more than one session but the price is not cheap so I don’t know if I’ll continue. I’m yet to see results because it hasnonly been a few days since treatment but will keep updating. The doctor mentioned it should take a month to see some results.
